Facts

November 7 was a cloudy, rainy day at Great Massingham. Nine Boston crews from 107 Sqdn are briefed for flights over the mainland. They would fly in sections of three. The first three set course for the marshalling yard in Kortrijk, the next formation would bombard the coke ovens at Zeebrugge and the last three would fly to the power station at Zwevegem.
Around 3 p.m. the devices will hang above their respective targets. The Flak van Wevelgem takes down the Boston III Z2257.
